Products I actually used on holiday

Hello ladies,
I'm back from my holiday and back to blogging. Although I have only been gone for two weeks, it feels so strange to write this post, but I have to admit that I missed doing it.

Instead of showing you all the things that I brought with me to the seaside, I decided to only show you the products that I actually used.
One of the reasons for doing so, is because I seriously over-packed for this holiday, even for me (e. g. I packed 15 lipsticks!).
I honestly don't know what I was thinking.

I'll start with skincare, since I actually used everything I packed. For cleansing my face I used the Yves Rocher Pure Calmille Cleansing gel because it's very gentle yet effective. Every three days or so I also used the Eucerin Dermo Purifyer scrub for some exfoliation. It's a gel scrub that has quite large exfoliating beads and a fresh/creamy scent.
For my toner, I used the Balm Balm Frankincense Hydrosol Soothing Facial Toner which felt amazing, as my skin drank it up instantly and it also felt really refreshing.
For my night time moisturisers I used Balm Balm Frankincense Light Facial Oil and Afrodita Mandelj multiactive nourishing cream that I have been using for quite some time now. In the day time I, of course, used the Green Line Hydromineral light moisturising cream for mixed to oily skin.
I also used the Antipodes Kiwi Seed Oil eye cream (thanks to Maja for sending me a sample) which is very hydrating and cooling, and some Tea tree oil for my breakouts that I got from the Sun Dance Mattierendes Sonnenfluid.
For my lips I used the EOS Summer Fruit lip balm and Vaseline.

You all know how much I love Yves Rocher Cocoa & Raspberry shower gel so I just had to have it with me. I also just recently found the Yves Rocher Cocoa & Pistachio nut hand cream in one of my handbags, so I decided to bring it with me as well.
For moisturising my body I used the Yves Rocher Monoi de Tahiti dry body oil which is the bomb.com and also makes your legs look ah-mazing. It also goes perfectly with the Yves Rocher Monoi de Tahiti eau de toilette. I'm seriously impressed that this isn't empty already, since I always spray myself like a crazy woman.
I also have to mentioned what seems to be one of the best (if not the best) deodorants/ antitranspirants that I've used; Rexona Maximum Protection. This really does its job amazingly and it does it without leaving any marks. The only thing I regret is buying the Confidence version as it has quite a strong scent. But since you're supposed to apply this at night, after showering, it doesn't interfere with your perfume.

For hair-care I mostly used all new products that I haven't tried before. Luckily, I really liked all of them.
I bought the Aussie Luscious Long shampoo not so long ago and since I haven't tried it yet, I decided to bring it with me. I think that this might be the best smelling shampoo I've ever owned! It's also very nourishing & hydrating and it didn't irritate my scalp.
For conditioning my hair I either used the Dove Haarpflege Intensiv Reparatur 1 minute kur-spülung (Dove Hair Therapy Intensive Repair) which is different from the Nourishing oil care that I normally use, but still really  good, or the Orofluido hair mask.
I also used the L'oreal Mythic Oil like crazy (although it doesn't really look like I did) and I have to say I really like it. It's a lot more liquidy than the Orofluido hair oil and  doesn't smell as good, but I doesn't weight down my hair, make it frizzy or greasy.
I've also been using the Balea Trend it Up Beach Style Salz-Spray every day and it helped my natural curls look more manageable, defined and ''put together''. I was really impressed by this.

Last but not least, we have the make up. I'll start with the products I wore almost every evening, which were the Catrice Prime and Fine Mattifying waterproof powder (010 Translucent), Catrice Beautifying Lip Smoother (020 Apricot Cream) and the Maybelline Instant Anti-age effect concealer (03 Fair).
I bought both of the Catrice products a few days before I left and I'm already completely in love with both. The powder is really finely milled, takes the shine away without looking cakey or powdery and comes in a really compact packaging with a mirror (I think I might end up liking it more than the Rimmel Stay matte). Although I'm not a fan of lip glosses, I decided to try this one from Catrice because it looks really similar to the Clarins Instant Light Natural lip perfectors that I've been eyeing up for awhile. It's not very pigmented, but still gives a nice nude colour, makes your lips look glossy and plump. Will definitely be getting the other shade as well.
I won't talk about Maybelline concealer today because I'll finally be posting the comparison with the FIT me one on Tuesday.
I wore a full face of makeup only once and the products I used were; Urban Decay Naked Basics palette (p. s. I'm very excited about the Naked Bascis 2 palette), I ♥ Heart Makeup Go to Heaven! palette (review coming soon), Artdeco Eyebrow pencil (nr. 6), Alverde Tinted Eyebrow gel (01 Blond), Maybelline the Rocket mascara and the Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet (02 Frambourjoise).
I also used the same powder & concealer, and no foundation or blusher (shocker).

What are your go-to products for going on holidays?

Sanja ♥
