My go to lipsticks in the month of April

Tuesday, April 30, 2013

I have to start by saying that I can't believe April is over. This year is flying by so, so quickly. But on a bright side, May is one of my favourite months (khm, khm, it's my Birthday month).

I decided that I'm going to do monthly favourites every other month, since I don't want to show you the same products every time and I don't really have enough new favourites to show you. So instead of my April's favourites, I'll show you what where my go to lipsticks in April.

Here are my bare lips for a better comparison

 Avon lipstick in Rose Light

Revlon lip butter in Berry Smoothie

Rimmel Apocalips lip lacquer in Celestial
(I'm completely in love with this shade,
most worn lipstick in April)

Essence Stay matt lip cream in Velvet rose

L'oreal Causse lipstick in Mauve Cherie

In the middle of my lips; Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid lipstick in Shocking coral
All over: Rimmel  Apocalips lip lacquer in Apocaliptic

Maybelline Color Sensational lipstick in Sweet pink

These were my go to lipsticks in April. As you can see, most of them are nude, since I don't like to go to classes with bright, in your face, lips. Maybe this will change now, when Summer is just around the corner.
Feel free to share your go to lipstick of April in the comments below.

  3. I love the Avon shade, so pretty. I bought a bright pink Barry M lipstick in April called Shocking Pink. They weren't lying when they named it 'shocking'. Wow!

    1. It's a lovely shade, yes...I googled it and I'm curious, is this lipstick maybe a dupe for Candy Yum Yum?
